All deliverables managed by TMC are shipped within 7 working days of being received in our premises. This excludes weekends and public holidays.
1.2. Third-Party Shipping:
In cases where deliverables are shipped directly by third-party vendors, such as printers, manufacturers, or logistics companies, the shipping timelines are governed by the respective vendor’s policies. TMC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping.
1.3. Shipping Notifications:
We will notify you when your order has been shipped, including any relevant tracking details if provided by the shipping partner.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. Refund Period:
Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the deliverable. Refunds are not processed after this period.
2.2. Exceptional Cases:
To maintain a healthy and professional relationship with our valued clients, we may consider refunds on a case-to-case basis up to 30 days, depending on the circumstances. This decision remains at the sole discretion of TMC.
2.3. Non-Refundable Situations:
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Delays or issues caused by third-party vendors (e.g., printers, manufacturers, logistics companies).
- Deliverables already accepted and approved by the client.
- Change of mind after deliverables have been dispatched or approved.
2.4. Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days after confirmation.
3. Third-Party Vendor Responsibility
TMC collaborates with trusted third-party vendors for specific deliverables. However:
- Refunds for issues arising from third-party vendors, such as defects, delays, or shipping issues, must be handled directly with the vendor.
- TMC is not responsible for refunds or compensation related to third-party vendor services.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1. Accurate Information:
Clients must provide accurate shipping details and review deliverables upon receipt.
4.2. Timely Communication:
If there are concerns or issues with shipping or the deliverable, please notify us within 7 days to facilitate resolution.
